Chairman, A. Gnanenthiran (Enthy), has come up with a novel way of fundraising for his charity. Over the past year he has been seriously thinking of ways to fund his projects both here in Ireland and in India.

The idea for a Craft and Wellbeing Fair came to him one night while he was reading about a similar event taking place in Dublin. After two successful ‘Fairs’ he decided that it would be a good idea to have them on a regular basis.

He is ably supported in this endeavour by Ms. Yvonne Payne, Event Coordinator, on these projects. The support from the general public is extraordinary and when they discovered that the entrance fee went to charity they put their hands deeper into their pockets. This type of fundraising helped to ease the financial anxiety related to funding the projects at hand. It also enabled the general public to help. The last event took place at the Citywest Hotel, Saggart, Co. Dublin on 30th Nov 2008.
